On cast iron cookware from the outside and from the inside, it is applied
enamel, which is a glassy coating that protects cast iron from rust, food contact, and simplifies cleaning and maintenance of dishes. In addition, the enamel gives the product an attractive appearance.

- these utensils can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes, since the enamel is not destroyed by food acids, salts, oils and other aggressive media;
