for cooking national dishes.
It has good thermal conductivity, is easy to clean, and is not afraid of overheating. The cauldron is perfect for cooking over an open fire. The cauldron’s volume of 12 liters is perfect for cooking for up to 12 people.
A small cauldron is more convenient to take with you on a hike or a car trip.
Rules for using cast iron cookware:
Attention! After purchasing, before the first use, the cast iron cauldron must be calcined over high heat until the production oil has completely burned out, then you need to let the cauldron cool, then calcine it with vegetable oil, generously pouring it over the walls and handles of the cauldron. We also recommend using onions when calcining (removes odor), and cooking country-style potatoes in the cauldron for the first time.
It is not recommended to store food in cast iron cookware.
After cooking, wash the cauldron with warm water without using detergent
Before storing the cauldron, it is recommended to grease it with a thin layer of sunflower oil
It is recommended to store the cauldron in a dry place.
